In creating Catit Go Natural Pea Husk Clumping Cat Litter, we use pea husks that would otherwise be discarded. The pea fibers are mixed with raw, food-grade materials such as starch, corn powder, and guar gum, which act as natural clumping agents. The result are soft, cylindrical litter pellets that clump without sticking to the litter box, and feel nice to your cat’s sensitive paws.
Special refined pellet size for up to 300% absorbency
Catit Pea Husk Litter ingredients are mixed and compressed into tiny pellets of 0.06 inches (1.5 mm) in diameter, which is only half as thick as most other pea husk litters. The pea husk pellets can absorb up to 300% or about 3 times their own weight in cat waste, thanks to their unique diameter.
This pea husk litter clumps gradually and firmly, formulated exactly right to not stick to your cat’s litter box. The smooth litter pellets glide right through the scoop, which makes scooping easy. Thanks to our litter’s exceptional pellet size and strong clumping action, it forms tighter clumps (right) and absorbs more cat urine than standard litters (left) while using less litter. On average, one box of Catit Go Natural pea husk litter will last about 60 days for a single cat.
